Dr. Azza Diasti-Kennedy is a distinguished figure with over two decades of experience in veterinary medicine and business leadership. She is the owner of an AAHA-accredited hospital. Dr. Diasti-Kennedy has significantly advanced her knowledge and strategic vision through an Executive MBA and a certificate in Business Analytics from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
Dr. Diasti-Kennedy’s holistic approach to animal welfare, combined with her revolutionary business model, addresses the urgent need for accessible and affordable pet care solutions.
Dr. Bob Watson, DVM, has owned and operated two successful small animal clinics and has been a highly respected veterinarian for over 30 years. He is currently responsible for hiring and training our Emergency Vet Protect Club Vet Triage team.
Dr. Paulina, DVM, is a veterinarian specializing in companion animal general practice and lab animal welfare, with 10 years of experience in both public and private sectors. She has served as the elected Vice President of the Veterinary Association Council and as President of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at the Argentine National Atomic Energy Commission.
Currently, she works with telemedicine services while also managing Pet Harmony's enterprise of Veterinary Home Healthcare for companion animals.
Dr. Rouxlene qualified in 2008 and holds three degrees: a BVSc (veterinary degree), a BSc Agric (Animal Science degree), and an MSc Agric (Animal Nutrition, Cum Laude). She has worked in mixed practice and maintains a "zoo" at home, comprising three dogs, one cat, two goldfish, one cockatiel, two rabbits, two guinea pigs, two turkeys, four ducks, six chickens, and a pot-bellied pig!
Dr. Thashia Reddy, DVM, has been a consultant at Vet’s Plus More since 2015. She operates a private mobile clinic in rural KZN, South Africa, providing veterinary care and emergency services at clients’ homes. Holding a BVSc degree earned in 2008, she possesses extensive veterinary experience across various areas, including small and exotic animals, wildlife, and large animals. Since 2013, she has been actively involved with the Mooi River Society for the Protection of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and currently serves as their supervising veterinarian. In this role, she spearheads outreach initiatives to local rural areas. Her dedication to the profession, commitment to high-quality service, and adherence to current best practices are evident through her regular participation in continuous professional development activities, such as accredited courses, lectures, conferences, and workshops.
Dr. Gabriele attended the University of Veterinary Medicine from 1994 to 2001. She worked at a mixed animal practice from 2001 to 2003, then joined PDSA (People’s Dispensary for Sick Animals) from 2003 to 2006. Dr. Gabriele has been continuing her work in private practice to the present day.
